These terms govern your use of NOUWA Studio. If something here doesn't feel right for your situation, email us — we'd rather talk than have you click away.
1. Account & eligibility
You need a valid email and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live (typically 18, or the legal majority age in your jurisdiction). One person per account. If you're using NOUWA on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.
2. Acceptable use
- No illegal activity, harassment, malware, or content that targets real individuals without their consent.
- No uploading personal data about other people unless you have permission to do so.
- No attempting to extract the underlying AI models, jailbreak safety filters, or use NOUWA to build a competing AI service.
- Respect rate limits and don't try to abuse free credits.
3. AI-generated output disclaimer
NOUWA generates drafts. They can be wrong, biased, or factually off. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, sending, or making decisions on it — especially in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts.
4. Intellectual property
Your inputs are yours. The outputs we generate for you are yours to use commercially, subject to clause 2. Our platform — the code, brand, UI, agents, prompts — remains ours. We may showcase anonymized examples publicly only after you opt in.
5. Service availability
NOUWA is in beta. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running but we don't guarantee uptime, output quality, or that every feature in the roadmap will ship. We may change, pause, or remove features.
6. Termination
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, especially clause 2. Where we can, we'll give you a heads-up and a chance to export your work.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NOUWA Studio is incorporated. Disputes that can't be resolved by good-faith email will go to courts there. Nothing here waives consumer rights you have under your local law.
