This policy explains what NOUWA Studio collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. We keep it short because we keep our data practices simple.
1. Who we are
NOUWA Studio is the product. You can reach us any time at hello@nouwa.studio. We're responsible for how your data is handled here.
2. What we collect
- Email address — to sign you in and send one-time codes.
- Mission inputs and outputs — the briefs you submit and the deliverables we generate, so we can show them back to you and improve quality.
- IP address — only as long as we need it for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
- Anonymous product analytics — coarse usage metrics (page views, feature taps) with no personal identifiers.
3. Why we collect it
To run the service: authenticate you, run your missions, bill (when billing is on), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not run ad targeting.
4. Who we share with
- Anthropic — to call the AI models that power missions. Inputs and outputs transit through their API under their terms.
- Hostinger SMTP — to deliver your one-time login codes by email.
- Anonymous analytics (optional) — only event names and counts, no payloads.
That's the whole list. No advertising networks, no data brokers.
5. Where data is stored
On Hostinger cloud infrastructure (EU and Asia regions) in a MariaDB database. Backups are encrypted.
6. Your rights
You can export everything we hold on you, or delete your account and its data permanently. Both options will live under Account — Settings once authentication ships in Phase 4. Until then, email hello@nouwa.studio.
